Dr. Blanks earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University before completing her veterinary education at St. George’s University in Grenada.
She brings a strong foundation in veterinary medicine along with a genuine passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient she sees.
She values building meaningful relationships with both pets and their owners and is dedicated to creating a supportive, personalized experience for each family. Dr. Blanks is committed to continually growing her clinical skills so she can provide the best possible care throughout every stage of your pet’s life.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Blanks is an early morning gym enthusiast who enjoys weightlifting six days a week and is getting back into running. A fun fact about her is that, despite her career caring for animals, she is anaphylactically allergic to horses. This has only deepened her appreciation and respect for the wide variety of animals we serve.
